Spring tour with Sir Simon Rattle
This April, the COE is joined by Honorary Member Sir Simon Rattle, for concerts in Berlin, Essen, Cologne, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Bologna featuring works by Bartok, Busoni and Brahms.

COE and Eva Gevorgyan in Eisenstadt
We look forward to our first concert with the Russian-American pianist and composer Eva Gevorgyan at our Austrian home, Schloss Esterhazy in Eisenstadt, on 10th May. Led by Leader/Director Maria Włoszczowska, the COE will perform Haydn’s Symphony No. 45 ‘Farewell’, Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 2 op. 21 and Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3 ‘Scottish’.

Cosmos Beethoven with Kirill Gerstein, Kronberg
We are looking forward to our Beethoven Piano Concertos cycle with Kirill Gerstein this June at Kronberg Academy’s Casals Forum, where the COE is orchestra-in-residence. The cycle will also include the rarely performed Piano Concerto No. 0, one of Beethoven’s earlier works which he composed when he was only 14 years old.

Baden-Baden and Evian 2026
We return to the Capitale d’été with COE Honorary Member Yannick Nézet-Séguin for our yearly residency at the Baden-Baden Festspielhaus. This time, soloists Romain Guyot (COE Principal Clarinet) and pianist Alexandre Kantorov join the COE for three concerts featuring works by Schubert, Weber, Mendelssohn and Beethoven, as well as a chamber concert with Yannick on the piano, joined by COE soloists.

Herbstgold 2026
The Chamber Orchestra of Europe always looks forward to its annual residency at its Austrian home for the Herbstgold Festival in Eisenstadt. This year, the Orchestra will perform two concerts: firstly with conductor Riccardo Minasi and cellist Pablo Ferrández on 16th September; then with Julian Rachlin, soprano Miriam Kuytrowatz, mezzo-soprano Johanna Krokovay, tenor Jan Petryka and bass Matthias Winckhler in Mozart’s Requiem.
